Return & Refund Policy — PetBloom Store

We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- UK customers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in addition to our 30-day policy.

2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet care consumables (ear drops, sprays, powders, shampoos, supplements) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products (drops, sprays, powders, oils, supplements)
- Items missing original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days

5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

7. Exchanges
- Need a different size or variant? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

8. How to Start a Return
